國(guó)防部：奉勸菲方停止不擇手段的政治操弄和自導(dǎo)自演的海上鬧劇

MND Urges the Philippine Side to Stop Unscrupulous Political Manipulation and Self-directed Farce at Sea

2月10日下午，國(guó)防部新聞局副局長(zhǎng)、國(guó)防部新聞發(fā)言人蔣斌大校就近期涉軍問(wèn)題發(fā)布消息。

記者：據(jù)報(bào)道，菲律賓海警發(fā)言人稱，為落實(shí)所謂“新漁民英雄計(jì)劃”，菲海警部署艦機(jī)向在黃巖島附近作業(yè)的菲漁船提供安全保障，保護(hù)菲主權(quán)權(quán)利和漁民生計(jì)。請(qǐng)問(wèn)對(duì)此有何評(píng)論？

蔣斌：黃巖島是中國(guó)固有領(lǐng)土，從來(lái)不在菲律賓的領(lǐng)土范圍之內(nèi)。菲方有關(guān)部門采取誘騙鼓動(dòng)手段，將無(wú)辜漁民推到一線作為侵權(quán)挑釁的工具，甚至人為制造摩擦以便對(duì)中方炒作抹黑，這充分說(shuō)明他們根本不在意漁民的生計(jì)福祉乃至生命安全。我們奉勸菲方停止不擇手段的政治操弄和自導(dǎo)自演的海上鬧劇。中方將持續(xù)對(duì)黃巖島及其附近海域依法行使主權(quán)和管轄權(quán)，堅(jiān)決捍衛(wèi)國(guó)家領(lǐng)土主權(quán)和海洋權(quán)益。

Jiang Bin: Huangyan Dao is part of China's territory and has never been within the limits of Philippine territory. Certain authorities of the Philippine side trick and instigate innocent fishermen into committing provocative acts, using them as a tool to infringe upon China's legitimate rights, and even deliberately create friction to scapegoat and smear China. Such treacherous behaviors have fully betrayed their disregard for the livelihoods, well-being, or even the safety of fishermen. We urge the Philippine side to stop its unscrupulous political manipulation and self-directed farce at sea. China will continue to exercise sovereignty and jurisdiction over Huangyan Dao and its adjacent waters in accordance with law, and resolutely defend our territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests.
